I had too much time on my hands this week, until my oldest decided he wanted to be an Ultramarine for Halloween. Several days later, and about $20 in materials, here's the finished product!

Other than the shoulder pads, it was a pretty simple effort, just a lot of craft foam sheets, hot glue and cardboard. Ideally, I'd have done more with the legs and arms, but I ran out of time - and willpower.
I'll post a bit more about the construction effort, likely while munching on the rewards of trick-or-treating. Happy Halloween!
